The double room was pristine and boasted incredible views.

All in all, it's luxurious place that has caring staff with the super service. The location is incredible and spectacular, 2 km from Hands.

Glorious location, efficient staff, superb views of the sea. Delightful breakfast, with splendid cereals and pastries. Walking distance from the bus stop, 10 minutes. Early check-in and very good customer service. A piano in the reception, convenient. What a very enjoyable stay, no complaint.

This place is peaceful, the staff is friendly, and they provide excellent service – that's why I always choose to stay here when in the area.

Very good breakfast, very friendly and well trained staff, good and quiet location, beautiful outdoor area. Very ambitious cuisine in the restaurant, which is also very expensive.

The wellness area does not meet today's standards and has only a mini sauna and a small indoor swimming pool.

The hotel has an exceptionally nice location so close to the beach. It is so close to in order to see the island as well as taxis.

Form me personally, I could have done with a little less "attention" but I am probably the minority. This is somewhere where you will be very well looked after.

Spectacular views across the bay. The service and friendliness of the staff was 100%. The food was just delicious and the rooms very clean and seen to very quickly. A beautiful hotel that we would go to again.

I stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave, I would love to stay there again. The breakfast was savoury and fantastic.The staff was really helpful.The grounds were exceptionally clean.Cereal and pastries were delightful.The location was exceptionally nice and perfect.I could use free parking on site.The hotel is located in a very pleasant area right by the restaurant and bar, a right place for me.

The hotel was 1st class in every way, with fantastic staff providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of choices including cereals and pastries. The remote location was lovely, and my well-equipped room was very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a pleasant area by a beautiful sandy beach, providing a sunny and picturesque setting near the Channel Islands.

Warm welcoming reception staff very obliging. Lunch choice of food excellent. Evening meal excellent quality but limited menu. Fresh fruit salad at breakfast a delight. Housekeeping friendly and pleasant and attentive. Scenery and coastal walks brilliant. Well maintained gardens and swimming pool areas.

Room on arrival not up to standard torn net curtains reported on arrival changed a few days later. Plastic container of saline solution found on floor. Query room check prior to arrival. Breakfast inconsistent in quality scrambled eggs cold each time ordered. Hot chocolate cold until asked for it to be heated.
